The perfect cup of Kona
coffee should be served black and not tremendously hot, right out of the pot but
allowed to cool for a minute or two. This allows you to taste all of the
flavors of coffee without burning your tongue or closing off our taste
buds. Kona coffee at medium roast is in my opinion the best coffee in the
world, with mild acidity and smooth coffee flavor. I must say that growing the coffee that I
drink does sway my opinion of coffee, and wherever I go I compare my coffee to
theirs. I have not been impressed often
with non - Kona coffee.
